• 745 - PID Controller with continuous current output.
  Application - 0/4-20 mA output controls electro-pneumatic converters to operate pneumatic valves, thyristor controllers, AC Drives, DC drives etc.
  

• 745M- PID Controller with Up-Down Relay output.
  Application - Up-Down Relay control output drives electrical actuators of motorized valves, dampers, fuel-air ratio actuators, hydraulic cylinders etc.
  

• 745A-PID Controller with Time Proportioning On-Off Relay output    Application - operates solenoid valves, contactors etc. for time cycling on-off control applications.

Electric Valve Positioners & Manual Loaders

Auto/Manual Loaders are used to interface mA control signals with electric actuators or as Auto-Manual loaders between controller/DCS /PLC system and final control element, for use during start-up or emergencies.

TEMPRA-VP Electric Valve Positioner Accepts 0/4-20 mA or 0/1-5 V DC control signals and a valve position feedback in form of potentiometer or slide-wire feedback signal of 0-135 ohms etc. and positions the electrically actuated control element through its UP-DOWN relay outputs. A built-in Auto-Manual station option allows valve control during control system failure or at start-up. Feedback signal retransmission output via 0/4-20 mA is optional.

TEMPRA- AM Auto/Manual Loaders Accepts 0/4-20 or 0/1-5 V DC signal from control system and repeats this signal in Auto mode, whereas in Manual mode the input signal is blocked and user can force final element to any desired position.

Model 881 is an 8 channel scanner for temperature monitoring for alarm and tripping purposes. Typical OEM applications include motor winding and/or bearing temperature monitoring and general multipoint temperature display applications in furnaces, ovens, extruders, distillation columns, etc.

• Inputs RTD (Pt-100, Cu-53,etc.), thermocouple (J,K,R,S,T), 4-20 mA etc.

• Display 3 1/2 digits 7-segment LEDs for Process Value, 1 digit for channel
