Model 755 Thyristor Controller
FEATURES

Interfaces electrical heating loads with control signals from controllers/PLC /DCS control systems.

Accepts 4-20mA, 1-5V, 0-10V etc. DC control signals from control system

Provides full cycle control (by thyristors connected in anti-parallel mode & thyristor-diode versions)
Provides control outputs in time-cycle and phase angle control versions.
Available for single phase heater loads of 1-20KW capacity and 3 phase loads of 5-300 KW capacity
Versions available for resistive (direct heaters) and inductive (transformer connected loads).
Available in Modules and complete panels with/without transformers
SPECIFICATIONS
Input 4-20mA, 1-5V DC, 0-10V DC etc. (control signal)
Output Thyristor for heater controls for 1-phase and 3-phase 3W/4W loads
Control type Zero cross-over time cycle control or phase angle control
Auto-manual Builtin, with Pot input for manual control.
Capacity 1-20KW (single phase), 5-300KW (3 phase loads)
Over current Over current limit trip output by adjustable pot.
Protections dv/dt, di/dt and single phasing protections provided
Mounting Standalone or with complete control panel with switchgear
