µGENIE - plus Universal Input / Output Single Loop Controller accepts Universal Site Programmable Input RTD, Thermocouples (J,K,R,S,G),mA/mV and ratio control inputs and provides site selectable control outputs 0/4-20 mA / Up-Down Relays/ Time Proportioning Relay.

µGENIE - plus has a huge installed base and is easily connects via drivers to MMI-SCADA software such as FIX-INTELLUTION, ASTRA etc.

µGENIE - p Setpoint-Time Programmers Generates a 0/4-20 mA signal proportional to user-programmed setpoint-versus- time profile in terms of 16 linear segments. Used for loading ramped setpoint to controllers in time-based heating/cooling applications in furnaces, ovens, environmental chambers etc.

  • 6 different programs/recipes of 16 linear segments can be stored and run.

  • 4 event relays settable as on or off during any segment  for event control.

LTRON-series Indicators and Controllers are Universal input instruments and enable user to maintain low inventories (due to single choice for all inputs).

LTRON-40 is a 1/4 DIN (92x92 mm panel cutout mounting indicator/controller ans suits most general purpose panel-mounted process monitoring applications. It is the popular choice for replacing conventional analog fixed input instruments.

  • Site programmable RTD, 0/4-20 mA, thermocouples (J, K, R, S, G) inputs

µGENIE - log GENIE-log m-based Temperature/Process Logger is a direct Data Logger (does not need a PC) useful for automatic hard copy logs in typical monitoring apllications. It connects directly to a dot matrix or inkjet printer.. available in 16 to 64 channel versions, in 16 point multiples. Inputs can be specified as RTD, thermocouples, 0/4-20 mA or 0/1-5 V DC or mixed type. Common dual alarms/relays are standard, individual/group alarms are optional.

LTRON-AML

  LTRON-series Auto-Manual Loaders are useful to interface PLC/DCS systems or any controller to final operating elements as an stand-by  device in case of main control system failure. LTRON-AML is an auto-Manual Loader with 4-20 mA output to interface final operating elements such as I/P converters, thyristor controllers etc. 

  • Input 0/4-20 mA from PLC/DCS/controller

  • Feedback (optional) 4-20 mA from final element (or PV for display)

  • Isolated output to operate in Auto mode & Manual modes

TEMPRA-VP is Electric Valve positioner and interfaces the 4-20 mA etc. signals with electric actuators etc. on a feedback comparison principle. It provides a forward-reverse signal via 2 relays and accepts a potentiometer feedback signal from the motor actuator.
